The way to the result

  1. 1 · Start

    Starting point

    Platzhirsch started 2026 without an invoicing tool. It needed one that maps exactly how the business works: quotes with cancellation terms and order confirmation, invoices with consecutive numbers, expenses with receipts and a clean monthly close for the tax adviser.

  2. 2 · Build

    What we built

    • Quotes as PDF with cancellation terms and a field for the order confirmation
    • The order becomes an invoice draft, customer and line items carry over
    • Consecutive invoice number only on finalising, unchangeable afterwards
    • Sent from the business's own mailbox, payments and reminders at a glance
    • Expenses with a photo of the receipt, monthly close as a ZIP with invoices, receipts and list
    • A separate installation just for Platzhirsch, two-factor sign-in, daily backups

  3. 3 · Goal

    Result

    Since October 2026 Platzhirsch has its own portal. The public demo shows the same flow with a sample business and sample data – no sign-up needed to try it.
