Software and automation for small businesses

Pixel & Stoff from Enns, Upper Austria, develops software and automation for small businesses: product catalogues, enquiry and order workflows, automatic invoicing and integrations between existing tools. The goal is to take repetitive manual work off your hands – planned and built by one point of contact, Angelo Hellmich.

We work for businesses in Enns and within about 30 kilometres: in Linz and Steyr, in the districts of Linz-Land, Perg, Steyr-Land and Urfahr-Umgebung, and in the Amstetten district of Lower Austria – for example in Asten, St. Florian, Kronstorf, Ansfelden, Mauthausen, Ennsdorf and St. Valentin. Meetings take place on site or online, so we also work for businesses throughout Austria.

What we build

Product catalogues

Turn supplier lists into product pages automatically, with search, categories and an enquiry list.

Enquiries and orders

Forms and workflows where requests arrive complete and organised instead of scattered across phone and email.

Invoices and payments

Create and send invoices and record payments, including recurring fees by direct debit.

Integrations

Connect the tools you already use, such as website, payment provider, email and spreadsheets, so data is not typed twice.

Admin areas

Your own interface to maintain content, products or orders instead of keeping lists in several files.

AI where it saves work

Used deliberately, for example to prepare images. Not for its own sake, but where the result stays verifiable.

From practice

These systems are in use.

Platzhirsch: a custom invoicing portal

Quote, order and invoice in one flow, expenses with receipts and a monthly close as a ZIP for the tax adviser. A demo with sample data shows the flow without signing up.

PPG Trade: catalogue with more than 5,000 product pages

Product pages are generated automatically from supplier lists. Customers search the entire catalogue, collect an enquiry list, and the request arrives as a ready-made table. PPG maintains articles and categories themselves.

KinderKunst³: our own online shop with image preparation

Our own brand: children's drawings are turned into designs for textiles. We developed the shop, order processing and image preparation ourselves and run them every day.

Our own invoicing, automated

Recurring client fees are collected automatically; the invoice is created, emailed and marked as paid – with no manual work each month.

How a software project works

  1. 01

    Understand the process

You show us how the work runs today and where time is lost.

  2. 02

    Review and quote

We propose a suitable solution and give a clear price range before anything is built.

  3. 03

    Build in stages

The most valuable part comes first. You test early with real data.

  4. 04

    Operation and support

After launch we remain your contact for questions, maintenance and extensions.

Frequently asked questions about software and automation

How much does software or automation cost?
It depends on the process. After a short conversation we review your plans and send an individual quote with a clear price range. Smaller automations can often be built together with a website.
Is it worth it for a small business?
Usually when a task keeps recurring: retyping enquiries, reconciling lists, writing invoices. We will tell you honestly if an off-the-shelf solution is cheaper.
Do I have to replace my existing software?
No. Often we connect the tools you already have instead of replacing them. We only build new software where nothing suitable exists.
How do you handle customer and business data?
Before we start we clarify which data is processed and which providers store it. Where required, we sign a data processing agreement (DPA).

Which process costs you the most time?

Describe it briefly. You will get an honest assessment of whether and how it can be automated.
